We are totally aware of your high position on the market and we would never want to question the quality and level of advancement and experience of all the people you hire, but with all due respect, they have to be wrong as to the Certified Translation. I am afraid we will not be eager to give you a full refund for all the trouble that occurred. We do not feel obliged to compensate it to you in any way, you will have to find some other Certified Translation office and get it out there.
